VentureOne is building a new venture focused on next-generation robotics, developing intelligent service robots designed to operate safely and efficiently in human environments.

The company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to support hiring across technical and non-technical functions as its robotics business scales.

What you’ll do:

— Manage full-cycle recruitment for engineering, robotics, product, commercial, operations, and corporate roles
— Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and sourcing strategies
— Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, direct outreach, and referrals
— Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews
— Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and manage candidate communication
— Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment pipelines in the ATS
— Coordinate offers, including compensation benchmarking and offer documentation
— Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
— Provide regular recruitment updates and reports to hiring managers and TA leadership
— Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

What they’re looking for:

— 8+ years of recruitment experience, ideally covering both technical and non-technical roles
— 2+ years of team management experience
— Experience recruiting in startups, scaleups, or fast-paced environments
— Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and direct outreach
— Excellent stakeholder management and ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
— Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and experience with recruitment reporting
— Ability to work effectively in an early-stage business with changing priorities
— Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
— Proficiency with ATS platforms and Microsoft Excel

Nice to have:

— Experience recruiting in robotics, hardware, or technology companies
— UAE recruitment experience, including knowledge of local labour market practices and visa/onboarding processes
— Professional HR or recruitment certifications, such as CIPD
— Experience building recruitment dashboards and reports
