N26, a European digital bank, is looking for a Senior People Business Partner to work directly with executive leaders across its Product and Business divisions during a key phase of organizational growth and transformation.

What you’ll do:
— Act as a trusted strategic advisor to the Chief Product and Business Officer (CPBO) and executive leadership team
— Lead organizational design initiatives to integrate Product and Business into a unified, high-performing organization
— Drive strategic workforce planning alongside Finance, managing headcount, costs, and budgets
— Lead core HR processes, including talent management, succession planning, compensation reviews, and senior leadership onboarding
— Coach senior executives and managers on leadership effectiveness, engagement, and organizational challenges
— Navigate complex stakeholder relationships, resolve conflicts, and align competing priorities
— Use people analytics and workforce metrics to identify risks, forecast talent needs, and support strategic decisions

What they’re looking for:
— Extensive HR Business Partner experience in high-growth, fast-paced, or technology-driven companies
— Experience supporting Product, Commercial, or Technology teams
— Proven ability to advise and influence VP and C-level executives
— Experience leading organizational transformations, restructurings, or mergers
— Strong understanding of European labor legislation and Works Councils
— Experience working with international, geographically distributed teams
— Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
— Strong leadership coaching capabilities and confidence working with people analytics
— Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity
