📍 Location: Cyprus, Limassol (on-site, shift schedule if required)

✍️ Requirements:

▪️ Native or fluent Russian/Ukrainian and advanced English
▪️ Previous experience in customer support, client service or back-office operations
▪️ Good understanding of how a forex broker operates and knowledge of MT4, MT5 and cTrader
▪️ Understanding of payment methods used across CIS markets, including crypto, P2P, local cards and bank transfers
▪️ Experience with helpdesk and CRM systems (SugarCRM, Salesforce or similar); valid right to work in Cyprus
