Senior Product Manager (Compliance) / Senior Product Manager (Identity Team)

I'm hiring a Senior Product Manager to join my Compliance team at inDrive! And I think this is one of the most interesting product challenges you can find in a global marketplace. Our platform determines who can access orders across different countries and business verticals. That means we're directly influencing the entire supply side of the business, balancing regulatory requirements, user safety, operational efficiency, and growth. And we're not just maintaining existing processes. We're building a scalable, configurable platform that needs to support new markets, evolving regulations, and millions of users. Whom am I looking for? Someone with strong experience building and scaling platform products. Ideally in fintech, marketplaces, logistics, or other complex, rules-driven environments. You don't necessarily need a Compliance background. What matters more to me is your ability to take ownership, work with complex systems, make data-driven decisions, and turn ambiguous business problems into measurable results. And what can you expect from me? A lot of ownership, direct communication, room to challenge decisions, and the opportunity to shape a strategically important product rather than just execute someone else's roadmap. If that sounds like your kind of challenge, I'd love to hear from you. Check out the vacancy attached to this post, or feel free to reach out directly :)
