About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager for the Woofz project. During onboarding, you'll get familiar with the product, team, and processes, building a solid understanding of how everything works. After successfully completing the probation period, you'll independently manage the project and take full ownership of end-to-end delivery.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in cross-functional or product development teams
- Solid understanding of Scrum and Kanban
- Hands-on experience with Jira or similar tools
- Hands-on experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to speed up project management routines
- Strong analytical skills: working with requirements, planning, and risk management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher
- Willingness to dive deep into the product
What You’ll Do
- Running Scrumban ceremonies and day-to-day team processes
- Clarifying requirements with Product Owners and stakeholders, and turning them into a prioritized backlog with the team
- Planning, estimation, and tracking of scope, timelines, and capacity
- Managing risks, blockers, and cross-team dependencies
- Status reporting to stakeholders and management
- Maintaining project documentation and improving team processes

- Involvement in discovery processes and early-stage feature scoping
- Experience managing several initiatives in parallel
- Understanding of product and delivery metrics (retention, conversion, cycle time, etc.)
- Basic technical background (APIs, architecture, release processes)
- Experience with B2C mobile apps or subscription-based products
