Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is looking for a Senior Learning & Development Specialist to own and continuously improve its onboarding experience and support global learning programmes across HQ and international markets.

Responsibilities:

— Own and improve Cultural and Functional Onboarding across HQ and international markets
— Facilitate in-person and virtual onboarding and learning sessions
— Design and update learning content aligned with business priorities
— Manage global learning programmes, coordinating timelines, stakeholders and resources
— Automate onboarding communications through Slack and email
— Track learning metrics, participation, satisfaction and programme impact
— Integrate Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging (DIB) principles into learning experiences
— Support Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and mentoring initiatives

Requirements:

— Minimum 4 years of experience coordinating L&D, onboarding, training or employee experience programmes
— Strong project and stakeholder management skills across multiple countries and teams
— Experience facilitating in-person and virtual learning sessions
— Experience designing practical learning content
— Experience supporting DIB initiatives, ERGs or mentoring programmes
— Professional fluency in English
— Experience with learning analytics, automation and global programme rollouts is a plus
