Scrum Master

We’re looking for a Scrum Master to join GB2B 🚀 And no - we’re not looking for someone to police Scrum, add more meetings, or create processes just for the sake of processes. We need someone pragmatic who can help our Product & Engineering teams work better together, remove blockers, improve delivery flow, and keep things transparent and moving forward. What matters to us: • Strong experience as a Scrum Master or Delivery Lead in software teams • Real understanding of Agile beyond ceremonies and terminology • Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills • Good understanding of software delivery, releases, and technical team dynamics • Experience in iGaming, fintech, or multi-team environments is a big plus. 📍 Warsaw | Office-based Interested?
