If you enjoy building strong teams, improving recruitment processes, and being hands-on with challenging roles, this could be a great fit. 💼 What you’ll do: — Lead and mentor a team of up to 8 recruiters — Support their growth through 1:1s, feedback, and development plans — Improve recruitment processes and introduce new tools — Partner with senior leadership on hiring strategy — Stay hands-on with 2–3 complex roles per quarter ✨ What we’re looking for: — 5+ years of recruiting/team leadership experience — Experience managing 5+ people — Strong recruitment and process optimisation skills — Strategic mindset and good business understanding — Confident communication with senior stakeholders — English C1+ 🌍 Location: Worldwide / Remote 🕐 Working hours: 12:00–20:00 European time 📩 Sounds interesting?
