- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the gaming industry
- Hands-on experience with AI tools to optimize workflows
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams of 20+ professionals
- In-depth knowledge of Jira, Miro, and Confluence
- Native or C1-level Russian for internal communication
