About the company

Spacelift is a fast-growing technology company with a distributed team working across multiple time zones. The company is looking for an experienced People Partner with a strong focus on Learning & Development, coaching and organizational growth.

Responsibilities
— Design and deliver engaging learning and development programs
— Coach managers and support them in complex people-related decisions
— Handle challenging employee relations cases and workplace conflicts
— Support organizational change and team development
— Partner with business leaders to address people challenges
— Build and improve HR processes in a fast-growing environment

Requirements
— 5+ years of experience as an HRBP or People Partner in a fast-growing company
— Hands-on experience designing and delivering training programs
— Strong coaching skills and experience supporting managers
— Experience managing complex employee relations cases and organizational change
— Commercial mindset and a practical, solution-oriented approach
— Ability to work independently in a dynamic, distributed environment
— Interest in applying AI to HR processes is a plus
