Junior Web Analyst

About the position:
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Web Analyst to support our web analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and an eagerness to learn and grow within the digital industry. This entry-level position is perfect for someone who is excited about working with data and helping clients make informed decisions based on website performance.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Web Analytics team in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting website data using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other web analytics and marketing platforms
- Assist in creating and maintaining custom reports and dashboards to effectively communicate website performance to internal teams and clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement tracking solutions, including tag management and conversion tracking
- Help identify trends, patterns, and insights to drive data-driven recommendations and optimizations for our clients
- Continuously develop knowledge of web analytics best practices, industry trends, and new tools and technologies
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail
- Basic understanding of web analytics concepts, KPIs, and tools
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the digital analytics field
- Good command of written and spoken English level (minimum B2 level)
