Versuni, a global home appliance company with over 6,000 employees, is looking for an HR Systems Specialist to join its Global HR Digital & Analytics team and help improve HR systems, processes and employee experience.

Responsibilities:

— Improve global HR systems, simplify processes and translate business needs into projects
— Manage system configuration, test changes and deploy updates in SAP SuccessFactors
— Support new HR module implementations and user testing
— Coordinate with global payroll vendors and troubleshoot integration issues
— Provide second-level support for SuccessFactors, working with HR, IT and external partners
— Document HR system workflows and support user adoption
— Deliver practical training to HR teams, managers and employees

Requirements:

— 3–5 years of functional experience with HR technology, ideally SAP SuccessFactors
— Experience designing and implementing HR systems
— Experience with global payroll solutions is preferred
— Consulting experience is an advantage
— Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
— Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
— Interest in emerging technologies, including AI
— Fluent English
