KARL LAGERFELD, a global fashion brand with headquarters in Amsterdam and Paris, is looking for an HR Business Partner to provide strategic and hands-on HR support to its headquarters functions.

What you’ll do:

— Act as a trusted HR advisor to senior leaders, managers and employees across HQ functions
— Provide HR support throughout the employee lifecycle
— Partner with managers on performance management, employee relations, absenteeism and other people-related matters
— Advise on employment legislation, company policies and HR processes
— Coach managers on talent management, succession planning and career development
— Identify organizational and workforce needs and translate them into effective HR solutions
— Support organizational changes and people-related initiatives
— Collaborate with the wider HR team to ensure consistent HR practices and employee experience
— Lead or contribute to cross-functional HR projects

What they’re looking for:

— 3–5 years of HR Business Partner experience, preferably in an international environment
— Strong experience partnering with managers and stakeholders at different organizational levels
— Solid knowledge of HR practices, employee relations and employment legislation
— Experience in performance management and talent development
— Strategic thinking combined with a pragmatic, hands-on approach
— Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
— Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
— Excellent English; Dutch and other European languages are an advantage
— Good Microsoft Office skills
— Willingness to travel occasionally
