- Manage employment of team members hired through Employer of Record (EOR) providers, covering onboarding, contract changes, offboarding and vendor coordination.
- Coordinate visa, work permit and relocation support: prepare documents, work with immigration providers, and track deadlines and renewals.
- Ensure HR practices comply with local labour laws in all countries where we employ people, working with Legal.
- Prepare HR letters and certificates, such as employment confirmations and reference letters.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on HR experience, including at least 1 year as an HRBP or People Partner.
- Experience supporting sales or other commercial teams is a strong plus.
- Practical experience with EOR providers, visa or work permit processes, and HR documentation.
- Experience in a fast-growing international company.
- English С1; Russian is a plus.
- Confident user of an HRIS (e.g. HiBob) and Google Workspace/MS Office.
Hard skills

- Project management and change management.
- Facilitation, moderation and group work.
- Basic HR analytics: collecting, analysing and presenting people data.

- Basic understanding of the company's product and tech stack.
Soft skills
- High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills.
