We build and operate Roblox games as a business. We move fast, ship often, and let data decide what lives and what gets cut. Our workflow is AI-native: we use agents, our own tools, MCP integrations with Roblox Studio and internal analytics to build faster than a traditional studio.

Требования к кандидату:
- 3+ years of experience in game production
- Hands-on experience with Roblox games or similar titles
- Strong understanding of game economies and live ops
- Technically fluent in Luau, APIs, and Roblox Studio
- Experience with LLMs and automation tools
- Familiarity with fast-cycle Roblox genres (simulators, etc.)
- Experience managing small teams or freelancers
