Design Recruiter

ElevenLabs is already recognized for its design bar. Help us take it even further! I’m hiring for a Design Recruiter to join my team and scale our Designer talent engine. Foundations are already in place with Nev's excellent direction and outstanding leads like Marina, Andrew, Ori, Mathieu and others. I can tell you they’re the coolest, but I’m fully biased :) This role is for someone who has hired for best-in-class design teams, and who can quickly grasp our talent bar, bring their own designer network and come with plenty of creative sourcing ideas. Do you know someone great? Send me a message, happy to share more details in private.
