Commercial & Retail Manager
📍 Limassol, Cyprus

One Two Play is a modern store of smart toys, books, and board games for families. We are growing both retail and e-commerce direction and are looking for an experienced Commercial & Retail Manager to lead business growth and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
• Manage online and offline sales as one integrated system
• Monitor KPIs, budgets, and business metrics
• Increase customer retention, repeat purchases, and overall performance
• Manage assortment, pricing, margins, and forecasting
• Coordinate marketing and sales operations
• Lead and develop the team
• Optimize internal processes and improve efficiency

Requirements:
• Experience in retail and/or e-commerce management
• Strong analytical and leadership skills
• Data-driven and strategic mindset
• Fluent Russian and English
• Valid Cyprus work permit

Would be a plus:
• FMCG or premium retail experience
• Understanding of CRM, customer journey, and unit economics
