I’m looking for a 3D Animator / Generalist to join the team behind TomasLifts— one of the fastest-growing channels on American YouTube.

About the Project:
A faceless YouTube channel producing short-form documentaries about fitness, lifehacks and athlete stories, our company has generated over 1b views across all channels and social media and are expanding their horizons by scaling into the fitness niche and we need someone like you on our side, Our goal: 1 million subscribers in the first year

What You’ll Do:
— Create engaging 3D mini-documentaries (15–35 seconds long)
— Handle the full pipeline: modeling, texturing, lighting, camera movement
— Develop a strong visual style inspired by Art of War and Zack D Films

• What We’re Looking For:
✓ Portfolio with dynamic 3D animations
✓ Solid experience in Blender (or Maya / Cinema4D)
✓ Strong understanding of composition, pacing, and audience attention flow
