Position: 3D Animator Generalist - Low Poly Style (Remote / Full Time)
💰Salary: $1,200 – $1,500 per month + Bonus

At Navia Media, we are looking for a creative and passionate 3D animator to become a founding pillar of our team.

We are launching a brand new 3D animated Youtube channel built from the ground up and going all in. Our goal is simple: create content that people connect with, love and can’t stop watching.

📺 About the project:
Faceless 3D animated educational entertainment channel. We're publishing 15-20 short videos per month, with high production standards and a clear visual identity. We are just getting started and want you to grow and thrive with us.

🎬 What You'll Do:
- Animate highly engaging 3D shorts (25–35 seconds long) in Low Poly style
- Handle the full pipeline: modeling, texturing, lighting, camera movement
- Bring your own creative ideas; we want collaborators, not just executors
- Be a long-term core member of the team

📽️ What We’re Looking For:
- Portfolio with dynamic 3D animations
- Solid 3D animation skills in Blender, Maya, or Cinema 4D
- Deep understanding of composition, pacing, and audience attention flow
- Creative, communicative, organised, and goal driven
