We are looking for a Website Content & SEO Manager 🚀

💼 Responsibilities:
— Conduct a comprehensive content audit of our main website to ensure factual accuracy, consistency of data (e.g., number of projects, metrics), and a unified brand narrative.
— Act as the ultimate "owner" of the website's content and overall feel, aligning all pages to eliminate logical contradictions and improve transparency.
— Develop and execute robust on-page SEO strategies (keyword optimization, internal linking, meta tags, and search intent alignment) to continuously drive organic traffic.
— Perform regular on-page SEO audits to identify growth opportunities, fix semantic gaps, and optimize existing pages for better search engine rankings.
— Manage and update website content in WordPress, ensuring high quality, relevance, and brand consistency.
— Coordinate content creation and optimization based on SEO, marketing priorities, and brand guidelines.
— Collaborate with developers and designers to improve website performance, usability, and technical SEO.
— Monitor website performance using Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, and similar tools.
— Track SEO and marketing KPIs, analyze results, and report progress to management.
— Use AI tools to audit content, optimize SEO, and improve marketing workflows.

🧠 Requirements:
— 2+ years of experience in Content Management, SEO, or Digital Marketing.
— Deep, hands-on expertise in on-page SEO, including keyword mapping, semantic search, and content formatting for search engines.
— Exceptional attention to detail and analytical mindset (ability to spot logical inconsistencies and mismatched data across multiple web pages).
— Hands-on experience managing websites with WordPress.
— Practical experience with Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, or similar SEO tools.
— Strong understanding of online brand positioning and narrative consistency.
— Confident use of Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
— Experience using AI tools to improve marketing workflows and productivity.
— English — B2+ — Ukrainian/Russian — C1+/Native
— Residence outside Russia & Belarus

💫 Nice to have:
— Experience with off-page SEO, digital PR, and link-building principles.
— Basic knowledge of HTML and technical SEO optimization.
— Experience with GA4 and advanced marketing analytics.
— Ability to independently identify and test new opportunities for organic and brand growth.
