We're building a YouTube channel in the corporate culture / workplace commentary niche (style: Alex Hormozi, Parker Prompts, Donald vs the System) using AI avatars and stock footage. Looking for a long-term editor who understands retention-driven pacing and modern YouTube storytelling.

Requirements:
- Strong After Effects skills (motion graphics, kinetic text, smooth transitions)
- Portfolio with stock footage-based edits (80% stock + 20% pre-rendered AI avatar)
- Understanding of YouTube retention mechanics and tight pacing
- Ability to work with pre-written scripts and voiceovers
- Reliable delivery on deadlines

What you'll do:
- Edit 4–6 videos/month (~8 min each)
- Combine stock footage, motion graphics and AI avatar clips
- Maintain energetic pacing optimized for watch time
- Collaborate with content team on visual storytelling
