Задачи:
— Тестирование ПО для обеспечения качества мобильных устройств Samsung: ручное + автотесты (тесты энергопотребления, нагрузочное тестирование). Упор больше на ручное тестирование, а не программирование
— Анализ и диагностика— сбор и анализ логов для выявления проблем
— Документирование результатов тестирования и отчётность

Пожелания к кандидату:
— Высшее техническое образование
— Английский: письменный и разговорный B1 и выше
— Опыт в тестировании программного обеспечения
— Знание работы сотовой связи и устройства мобильного телефона

Будет плюсом:
— Знание спецификации 3GPP
— Сертификация ISTQB
— Опыт работы в телекоммуникационной отрасли
— Практический опыт работы с мобильными устройствами

What You Will Do
— Support full-cycle recruitment for technical positions with guidance from experienced recruiters;
— Learn how to source IT professionals using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, referrals, and other modern tools;
— Conduct initial HR interviews and evaluate candidates' motivation, communication skills, and cultural fit;
— Coordinate interviews and maintain smooth communication with candidates throughout the hiring process;
— Partner with hiring managers and senior recruiters to understand hiring needs;
— Maintain candidate records in the ATS and keep recruitment data up to date;
— Assist with employer branding initiatives and recruitment events;
— Continuously develop your knowledge of technologies, the IT market, and recruitment best practices;

Who You Are
— 1+ year of experience in recruitment (IT or non-IT);
— Strong interest in technology and willingness to build a career in technical recruitment;
— Fluency in Romanian and Russian; English at Intermediate+ level or higher;
— Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
— Curiosity, initiative, and a genuine desire to learn quickly;
— Strong organizational and time-management skills;
— Experience with LinkedIn, ATS systems, or sourcing tools is a plus but not required;
