UX/UI Designer

UX/UI DESIGNER
Responsibilities:
Drive the end-to-end design process, from discovery and research to delivery and iteration
- Design experiences grounded in data, user behavior, and product goals, while confidently using intuition and experience when data is incomplete
- Translate complex product requirements into clear, intuitive user flows and interfaces
- Design and evolve component libraries and design systems for scalable, consistent products
- Create thoughtful designs across web platforms, mobile web, and mobile applications
- Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to shape product direction
- Continuously refine designs based on feedback, metrics, and real-world usage
Requirements:
- Strong experience as a UX/UI or Product Designer on complex digital products
- Demonstrated product mindset — understanding trade-offs between usability, business, and technical constraints
- Experience designing and maintaining component libraries / design systems
- Proven work across web, mobile web, and mobile app platforms
- Ability to work confidently with data, insights, and qualitative feedback, while trusting professional judgment when needed
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative, outcome-driven approach
- iGaming experience is a strong plus, especially with player-facing or operator platforms
