User Acquisition Manager

We're looking for:
- 5+ years of User Acquisition / Performance Marketing experience in mobile gaming.
- Proven track record of scaling mobile products through paid acquisition and performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience with incentive traffic, offerwalls, rewarded acquisition channels, and affiliate partnerships (must-have).
- Strong understanding of UA economics and key metrics including CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, Retention, and Payback.
- Experience managing significant UA budgets and making data-driven investment decisions.
- Experience building, leading, and developing high-performing UA teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance through data.
- Ownership mentality and ability to independently drive initiatives from strategy to execution.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Analytics, Creative, and Leadership teams.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment with ambitious growth targets.
