For which tasks (responsibilities)?

🌸Planning, launching, and optimizing advertising campaigns on platforms such as Applovin, Unity, Mintegral, Google Ads, Meta, and others;
🌸Monitoring and analyzing the quality of acquired audiences based on KPIs;
🌸Collaborating closely with the creative team to develop and test ad creatives;
🌸Generating hypotheses, conducting A/B tests, and interpreting results to enhance campaign performance.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

💦At least 2 years in user acquisition for mobile games with IAA/IAP monetization models, managing budgets of $100k+ per month;
💦In-depth knowledge of UA channels and their auction mechanics;
💦Responsible for delivering clear and measurable results;
💦Analytical mindset, attention to detail and good communication abilities;
💦Self-motivated with a focus on continuous improvement.
