We are looking for a Trading Operations Specialist

About Us
PrimeXBT is a Top 10 financial services provider offering a wide range of multi-asset trading products, including cryptocurrencies and CFDs. Our proprietary trading platform and integration with MetaTrader 5 (MT5) provide our clients with a robust and versatile trading experience.

▪️ What you’ll be doing:
▫️Monitor trading platforms to ensure uptime and execution quality
▫️Oversee trade flow, execution, and pricing in real time
▫️Identify and escalate execution issues, slippage anomalies, or pricing gaps
▫️Manage trading sessions, market openings/closings, and instrument configurations
▫️Monitor liquidity feeds and ensure competitive spreads and depth
▫️Liaise with liquidity providers to resolve pricing or execution issues
▫️Analyze spread widening, latency, and execution quality (markouts, slippage)
▫️Assist in optimizing routing and aggregation settings

▪️ What we’re looking for:
▫️2+ years of experience in Trading Operations, Dealing Desk, or a brokerage environment
▫️Strong understanding of FX, CFDs, or crypto markets
▫️Familiarity with trading platforms
▫️Python scripting skills — ability to write and maintain automation scripts for monitoring, data extraction, reconciliation, and routine operational tasks
▫️SQL skills — writing queries (joins, aggregations, window functions) against trading and client databases for investigation, reporting, and anomaly detection.
▫️Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
▫️Problem-solving mindset with quick decision-making ability
▫️Excellent communication skills
