Job Title: Technical Lead & Project Manager (.NET Modernization)

Role Summary
We are looking for a Technical Lead / Project Manager with a minimum of 7 years of total professional experience. The ideal candidate must have a foundational "Developer DNA" with at least 4 years of hands-on coding in the Microsoft stack, complemented by proven experience in Project Management and end-to-end delivery.

You will be responsible for stabilizing our legacy ASP.NET Web Forms 4.5 environment while architecting and executing a strategic migration to .NET 9. You will manage the team, the timeline, and the code.

Experience Requirements
Total Experience: 7+ Years in Information Technology.
Coding Mastery: Minimum 4 years of hands-on development (C#, MSSQL, Web Forms).
Leadership/PM: Proven experience managing project lifecycles, team lead responsibilities, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Leadership & Architecture (The Developer Heart)
Architecture Evolution: Design the roadmap to move from monolithic Web Forms 4.5 to a modern, high-performance .NET 9 architecture.
Hands-on Support: Provide Tier-3 technical support, diving into the code to solve complex bugs that others cannot.
Database Design: Lead the MSSQL strategy, ensuring legacy data structures are optimized for modern .NET Core/9 performance.
2. Project Management & Delivery (The Manager Mind)
End-to-End Ownership: Manage the full SDLC for all internal and external projects, from initial discovery to final deployment.
Resource & Timeline Management: Balance the team’s bandwidth between urgent production support and long-term migration goals.
Process Improvement: Implement or refine Agile/Scrum methodologies to increase team velocity and transparency.
3. Migration Strategy
Modernization: Act as the subject matter expert on migrating legacy System.Web dependencies to the cross-platform, high-performance world of .NET 9.
Risk Mitigation: Identify "blockers" in old Web Forms projects (like third-party controls or tight coupling) and create decoupling strategies.

Legacy Stack- ASP.NET Web Forms 4.5, C#, ADO.NET, WCF, Global.asax.
Modern Stack - .NET 9 (Core), ASP.NET Core Web API, EF Core, Dependency Injection.
Data Layer - MSSQL Server (Advanced T-SQL, Profiling, Schema Migration).
Tools & PM- JIRA/Azure DevOps, CI/CD Pipelines, Git, Microsoft Project.
