Talent Solutions Manager (L&D)

We’re hiring a Talent Solutions Manager for our People team at Lucanet 👀 This isn’t a classic L&D role. It brings together learning, enablement, knowledge management, project management and an understanding of technical processes and AI. You’d work closely with me, across our People teams and with stakeholders throughout the business, on: 🤖 Building and structuring the knowledge base behind Spark, our People Service Desk AI agent 📚 Running and evolving our learning platform, Sana 🚀 Driving People projects We’re looking for someone based in Spain or the Netherlands who thinks in systems, has hands-on knowledge of AI and the drive to pick up new tools and ways of working quickly. (& you’d be joining the best team, but I might be biased 😄)
