We’re searching for a hands-on, system-minded game designer to join our internal R&D studio working on a new mobile project from scratch (Idle / Tycoon / Survival Roguelike).

You’ll work closely with the core team on prototyping, balancing, monetization, and shaping core systems, with real freedom to experiment and influence the game’s vision from day one.

🎯 Must-have:
• 2+ years of experience in mobile F2P game design
• Strong system thinking: balance, economy, metrics, monetization
• Experience building projects from scratch (idle/tycoon is a big plus)
• Love for numbers, prototypes, and hands-on design
