Software Team Leader (Python, AI)

We are looking for a Software Team Leader (Python, AI) 🐍🤖

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience leading R&D / software development teams
• 5+ years of backend development experience with strong Python expertise
• Strong understanding of networking protocols: TCP/IP, HTTP/S, SSH, RDP
• Solid knowledge of security concepts: Zero Trust, Identity Management, Encryption
• Experience designing distributed, highly available systems handling real-time traffic and data
• Strong system architecture and technical leadership skills
• Experience working with AI-assisted development tools, specifically Cursor and Claude
• Strong communication, mentoring and team leadership skills
• Ability to foster technical ownership, security-first mindset and continuous delivery

Would be a plus:
• Experience with React or Angular
• Cloud-native technologies: AWS / Azure / GCP, Docker, Kubernetes
• Cybersecurity experience, especially Remote Access, VPN, ZTNA or IAM

Location: Poland 🇵🇱
Preference: Warsaw
Office: Once per quarter
Duration: Long-term
