💻 Remote Software Engineer — Software Consultancy (US Clients)

We're a software consultancy hiring a remote Software Engineer to work directly with our US clients. Tech stack varies by project — we care more about strong fundamentals, adaptability, and communication than any specific language or framework.

🔧 What you'll do:

- Build software as part of a project team
- Join client calls to discuss progress and trade-offs
- Translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Write clean, well-tested code
- Flag risks early

✅ What we need:

- Excellent spoken and written English — comfortable leading client calls and writing clear updates
- Strong professional experience as a software engineer
- Ability to pick up new languages/frameworks quickly (JS/TS, Python, Java, Go, cloud platforms, etc.)
- Must work US business hours
- Bonus: prior experience working with US-based teams, clients, or colleagues

📩 To apply:
Reply with your resume and a short (3–5 min) video introduction telling us about yourself, your experience, and why you're a good fit — this helps us get a feel for your communication style before we meet. ‼️‼️
