Our Tech Stack
- PHP 7.1–7.4, Symfony 1, Symfony 4, Golang, Doctrine, legacy libraries;
- MySQL, MariaDB, MongoDB;
- Redis: caching, sessions, key-value scenarios;
- RabbitMQ: queues and background jobs;
- REST API, GraphQL, internal APIs/SDKs;
- Main site and legacy admin panel: PHP/PHTML/Twig, HTML/CSS/JS, jQuery, Webpack;
- Docker, Git, CI
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of commercial backend experience in PHP, plus hands-on experience with Go
- Experience designing microservice architectures and working across multiple database types
- Good grasp of modern infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, cloud services, monitoring
- Experience leading a backend team (3+ engineers) and running technical interviews
- A track record of driving technical and organizational change, and building strong engineering culture
- Experience owning a technical backlog, with a solid grasp of agile principles
- Strong communicator comfortable defending technical decisions to product and making the business case for engineering work

We’re looking for a player-coach, someone who will spend a significant portion of their time coding (around 50%) while steadily building out how the team handles technical debt, engineering processes, and culture.
