It’s an international company in the online advertising space that works with advertisers and partners across many markets. You’ll join the commercial team and combine sales with data-driven marketing: you’ll bring in new advertisers, grow existing accounts and help their campaigns perform better.
📎 Responsibilities:
• Plan, launch and optimize large-scale RTB campaigns across multiple ad networks
• Work with Banner, Native, Pre-roll, Push and Pop-under formats
• Build bidding strategies, audience frameworks and scaling approaches
• Manage forecasting, pacing and budget scaling with a focus on ROI
• Set up tracking and measurement: GA4, postbacks, S2S, attribution
• Run creative testing together with the creative team
• Mentor junior buyers and present insights to leadership
📎 Requirements:
• 5+ years of hands-on programmatic media buying on RTB
• Experience with multiple major ad networks and formats (Push, Pop, Native, Banner, Pre-roll)
• Proven track record of scaling large budgets with strong ROI on CPC/CPM
• Deep understanding of RTB auctions, bidding logic and audience segmentation
• Solid experience with postbacks, S2S tracking and attribution
• Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel / Google Sheets
• Fluent English (communication with leadership and the team)
