Senior Product Manager

This is the first product role I’ve worked on at Lottie in 2 years, and boy is it a good one. We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to own Eliza 🤖 Eliza is the AI agent inside Found. She answers calls and live chats from families enquiring about care, on behalf of the provider, any time of day. That matters because a third of enquiries still go unanswered. Not polished SaaS for tech-forward buyers. Phone trees, real transcripts, and how Eliza should sound to a worried family at 9pm. You’ll report to Laura Mahy. You’ll learn a lot, have real ownership, and come out a much stronger product person. Know someone great? DM me and you'll get a cheeky 100 quid voucher if they get the job.
