Responsibilities:

- Design end-to-end trading, investment and Web3 interfaces for web and mobile
- Simplify complex, data-heavy financial products (e.g. tokenized derivatives) into intuitive flows
- Conduct user research, usability testing and behavioral analysis to optimize funnels and engagement
- Contribute to and maintain scalable design systems for data-heavy interfaces
- Use AI to build coded prototypes quickly and iterate based on customer testing

Requirements:

- Strong background in Crypto, Web3 or complex fintech product design
- Proven product, UX and UI design experience with interaction design expertise
- Expert in Figma and comfortable working AI-native workflows for prototyping
- Experience simplifying complex financial concepts into user-centric designs
- Practical experience delivering in regulated, fast-moving environments
- Data-informed mindset with experience optimizing based on user metrics and strong customer empathy
