💡 What you'll do:
• Own the problem, turning goals into AI solutions in production.
• Build and adapt LLMs; fine-tune or distill models for performance.
• Train your own models, handling data collection and evaluation.
• Decide on build vs. buy based on clear metrics and constraints.
• Ship features to production and monitor for effectiveness.

🎯 What we expect:
• 5+ years of engineering experience with strong software skills.
• Hands-on with LLMs: retrieval, tool use, and context engineering.
• Proven experience training models on real production data.
• Proficient in Python, PyTorch, and GPU utilization.
• English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.

⭐ Nice to have:
• Experience with real-time inference, content moderation, or recommendation systems.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
