Senior Marketing Leader / Head of Marketing | Dubai | from $15K net/month

We’re looking for a senior B2C marketing leader for a fast-growing international prop trading company in Dubai

The business already has a large global customer base, an established trader community and strong acquisition channels. Now it is entering its next stage of growth and needs someone who can help build the marketing system for a much larger international business.
This is a strategic leadership role with direct access to the CEO, but it is also genuinely hands-on

You’ll work across:
• customer personas and funnel architecture
• acquisition, conversion, retention and lifecycle
• international GTM and new market launches
• paid, content, CRM, affiliates, influencers and community
• marketing analytics, CAC/LTV, ROAS and attribution
• building and developing the marketing team and capabilities

The company already has a Head of Growth and Head of Content. Your role will be to connect these functions around one clear commercial strategy and make sure marketing translates into measurable business growth

We’re especially interested in people who have already helped scale a high-growth B2C digital or e-commerce business, ideally across multiple markets

Relevant backgrounds may include fintech, trading, crypto, e-commerce, marketplaces, consumer apps, food delivery, gaming or other high-volume digital products

You should be comfortable being both the person who sets the direction and gets into the funnels, numbers and campaigns yourself
