About the role
Unimatch Lab, an AI-driven venture studio from Silicon Valley, is looking for a Senior IT Recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment across engineering, product, ML/AI, design and analytics roles.

Responsibilities
— Manage the full recruitment cycle, from hiring manager brief to offer.
— Own up to 5 active IT vacancies at a time.
— Source, screen, assess and attract candidates internationally.
— Conduct interviews covering hard skills, soft skills, motivation and culture fit.
— Partner with hiring managers on priorities, profiles and feedback.
— Track and share recruitment analytics, including conversions, sources and time-to-fill.
— Support the employer brand through professional communities and direct candidate communication.

Requirements
— Full-cycle recruitment experience across IT roles, including engineering, product and/or ML/AI.
— Strong hands-on international sourcing experience.
— Experience conducting candidate screenings and interviews.
— Ability to manage recruitment funnels and key hiring metrics.
— Strong hiring manager partnership skills.
— Working knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, X-Ray and Boolean Search.
— English B2+.
— Experience using AI and automation tools in day-to-day work is relevant for the role.
