📍 Barcelona, Spain

Roboyo, a global company specializing in Applied AI and Agentic Automation, is looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to support its teams across Sweden, the UK, and Germany.

What you’ll do:

— Partner with regional leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives across three countries
— Drive employee engagement, retention, organizational culture, and employee experience initiatives
— Manage complex employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
— Coach managers on performance management and employee development
— Own the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, and contract management
— Coordinate international assignments, work permits, and visa applications
— Ensure compliance with German, UK, and Swedish employment legislation
— Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks
— Deliver HR reports and use people analytics to support leadership decisions
— Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and regional stakeholders to improve HR processes

What they’re looking for:

— 3+ years of HRBP or similar experience, ideally in consulting or professional services
— Strong knowledge of German employment law, plus a good understanding of UK and Swedish labor legislation
— Hands-on experience managing the employee lifecycle, including payroll and terminations
— Experience advising senior leaders on HR practices and legal compliance
— Strong employee relations, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills
— Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in an international environment
— Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
— Fluent English and German

Nice to have:

— Fluency in Swedish
— Experience with Workday HRIS
