About the role
dnata is one of the world’s largest air services providers, operating across 30+ countries. The company is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to support its Passenger Services leadership team at Schiphol Airport.

The role combines strategic HR partnering with hands-on execution in a fast-paced operational environment, with a strong focus on workforce planning, organizational transformation and leadership development.

What you’ll do
— Partner with senior leaders and translate business objectives into people strategies
— Advise on organizational design, workforce planning and talent
— Support growth plans and major transformation programs
— Lead organizational change and HR initiatives
— Drive succession planning, leadership development and performance management
— Support internal mobility and career development
— Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives
— Advise on employee relations, employment law and complex people matters
— Use workforce analytics and people metrics to support business decisions
— Improve HR processes, structures and ways of working

What they’re looking for
— 5–7+ years of progressive HR experience
— HR Business Partner experience in a complex operational environment
— Experience partnering with senior stakeholders
— Proven experience leading organizational change and transformation
— Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or a related field
— Strong commercial and business acumen
— Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
— Analytical and data-driven approach
— Strong project management skills
— Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment
