We're Hiring: Senior Developer (Optimizely CMS / Dynamics 365 / .NET)
Location: Remote (EU preferred)
Start: ASAP
Duration: Long-term project
Rate: From €25/hour (final rate depends on experience and will be discussed during the interview)
Tech Stack:
- Optimizely CMS (DXC)
- C#, .NET Framework, ASP.NET MVC
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (Real-Time Marketing)
- Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Azure Cloud Services (App Insights, Function Apps)
- YAML, Git, Nexus, Bash
- Piwik PRO, Power BI
Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance components, templates, and integrations within Optimizely CMS (DXC)
- Design technical solutions and participate in code reviews
- Extend and optimize Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (Real-Time Marketing)
- Develop Power Apps and Power Automate workflows
- Build integrations between Optimizely CMS, Dynamics 365, Azure Services, and internal systems
- Support CI/CD and deployment processes using YAML pipelines, Git, Nexus, and Bash
- Implement and improve web analytics with Piwik PRO and Power BI
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and developers in an Agile Scrum environment
Requirements:
✅ Strong commercial experience with Optimizely DXC
✅ Excellent knowledge of C#, .NET Framework, ASP.NET MVC
✅ Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights / Marketing
✅ Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate)
✅ Experience with Azure Cloud Services
✅ CI/CD experience (YAML, Git, Nexus, Bash)
✅ Experience with Piwik PRO and Power BI
✅ Understanding of Agile Scrum processes
✅ Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
➕ Optimizely Certification is a plus.
