Senior Data Engineer / Databricks Consultant

Hello everyone!

We are currently looking for a Senior Data Engineer / Databricks Consultant to support a long-term SAP BW → Databricks migration project for a large enterprise client.
Project duration: December 2026 / January 2027 – end of Q1 2028
Engagement: Long-term
Language: English B2–C1
Key requirements
Strong hands-on Databricks experience
Proven experience with large-scale / enterprise data migrations
Experience with SAP BW — ability to understand existing BW structures, data models, transformations, and business logic being migrated
Strong data modeling, BI, and data engineering background
Experience with AWS or another major cloud platform
Previous involvement in data platform modernization / migration projects
Experience working in large enterprise environments
Nice to have
Experience with LLM/AI-powered code translation or migration
Finance domain experience
Broader enterprise BI/data platform expertise
Important
Due to client/project requirements, candidates must be EU-based.
