We’re looking for a strong Senior AI-Native Full-Stack Developer for a long-term project in the Real Estate domain.

📍 Location: Remote, EU preferred (Russia and Belarus are not considered)
⏰ Engagement: Full-time, long-term
🚀 Start: ASAP
💶 Rate: Open, competitive market rates in EUR

Key requirements:
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Strong full-stack skills: React/Vue, Node.js/Python, databases, APIs, cloud
- Experience with application architecture, code reviews, and end-to-end project ownership
- Daily use of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.)
- Experience with Vercel, Railway, Supabase, or similar
- Strong understanding of application security
- Must have: Portfolio of AI-built products shipped within the last 90 days

Nice to have: LLMs, RAG, AI agents, PropTech/Real Estate experience, German language.
