3+ years of professional AI/ML Engineering experience

Production-grade LLM, RAG, NLP, embeddings & vector databases
Document parsing, information extraction & large-scale text processing
LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Claude Code
AWS SageMaker/Bedrock/EC2/Lambda and Azure AI/OpenAI
MLflow/W&B, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes
AI evaluation, model improvement & observability
Team leadership, mentoring and strong communication
Bachelor's/Master's in relevant technical fields
