The project is focused on building AI-first products that combine intelligent agent workflows with reliable, scalable full-stack applications.

👨‍💼 Must-haves:
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong full-stack development background.
- Hands-on experience building production applications with LLMs and AI agents.
- Experience with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar LLM platforms.
- Strong understanding of prompt and context engineering.
- Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and AI memory systems.
- Experience building agentic workflows and tool/function calling.
- Strong API and backend integration experience.
- Experience designing scalable, maintainable production systems.
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership from idea to deployment.
- Strong English communication skills.

👨‍💼 Nice to haves:
- Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, MCP, or similar AI frameworks.
- Experience with multi-agent systems.
- Experience with AI observability, evaluation, and guardrails.
- Previous experience building SaaS or AI-native products.
