Swapped.com is a lean team of around 30 people dedicated to making buying, selling, and moving crypto easier. Our products are live with partners like Polymarket, Trust Wallet and Brave; we've onboarded 2M+ users across 150+ countries and handle hundreds of thousands of transactions per month.

Responsibilities:

- Perform source of funds checks by reviewing customer information and documentation
- Review alerts from the crypto wallet screening system and prepare reports for the MLRO where applicable
- Manually review customer orders and decide to accept or decline in line with anti-fraud processes
- Maintain and create internal and external process documentation
- Liaise with support, risk, and other teams to raise issues and suggest improvements

Requirements:

- 2–3 years experience in risk and compliance roles, ideally in fintech, crypto, or a payment service provider
- Experience performing compliance and risk tasks, including source of funds checks
- Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset
- Proactive, able to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments

Nice to have:

- Experience with non-custodial crypto models
- Experience in startups or fast-moving environments
- Experience within iGaming
