Requirements:
🔺Around 1 year of experience in fintech, payment operations, customer support, or a similar role.
🔺Basic understanding of payment processing and payment methods.
🔺Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
🔺Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets.
🔺Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with different teams.
🔺Fluent Russian

Nice to have:
🔹Knowledge of card payments, APMs, local payment methods, transaction statuses, decline codes, or payment logs.
🔹Experience with CRM, ticketing systems, or operational tools.
