Project Manager / Delivery Lead

They source private capital, run campaigns to expand reach, grow holder numbers, increase trading volume and build market cap.

Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain client relationships through calls, updates, feedback and clear expectations
- Own onboarding: define goals, KPIs, scope, timelines and access
- Run delivery with clear briefs, owners and deadlines while balancing team workloads
- Check quality, review results and resolve blockers before they affect delivery
- Keep Notion plans, calendars, tasks, notes and reporting up to date
- Test new ideas, track progress against KPIs and build measurable case studies

Requirements:

- Comfortable planning, writing and reviewing content for LinkedIn & X (Twitter)
- Experience writing marketing strategies and running community engagement campaigns
- Experience coordinating X Spaces, building partner relationships and managing creator/KOL campaigns
- Strong organisation, client-facing skills and ability to manage multiple accounts
- Marketing agency experience is highly valued
- Experience delivering crypto / Web3 marketing services is a strong advantage
