Keepgo is a global mobile internet provider offering innovative products and solutions based on virtual technologies, primarily eSIM.
Since 2012, Keepgo has been global connectivity provider for IoT, M2M and consumer devices, with access to 200+ cellular networks in 150+ countries, powered by the Telefónica global network.
We are growing and looking for a full-time, remote Product Manager to define product strategy, identify customer and business needs and transform them into clear, actionable product requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Own the product roadmap for assigned products (esimba.ai, keepgo.com and business.keepgo.com) - prioritizing initiatives based on business goals, customer needs, analytics and market trends
- Manage the product lifecycle from discovery to launch and optimization
- Write product documentation, including PRDs, user stories and feature specifications
- Gather and analyze product data (KPIs, analytics, customer feedback, support, A/B testing and competitor research) to define insights and improvements
- Coordinate cross-functional work across engineering, design, sales, marketing and support teams
- Participate in backlog management, sprint planning and prioritization in close collaboration with engineering and design teams
- Actively communicate and collaborate with B2B partners to gather feedback and align on solutions
- Use AI tools to improve productivity and delivery speed
Requirements:
- Fluent English - strong written and verbal communication skills for specs, documentation and stakeholder updates; ability to communicate across different accents
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Business Analyst in a software company (SaaS, B2B tech or telecom)
- Experience defining and documenting product requirements (PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria) based on customer needs, research and feedback
- Experience working in cross-functional teams with engineering and design in an Agile environment (Scrum / Kanban)
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in user analytics, funnels, A/B testing and product improvement; familiarity with analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Firebase, SQL or BI tools is a plus)
- Proficiency with product management and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Notion, Figma, etc.)
- Understanding of B2B / SMB product development
- Ability to write effective prompts, interact efficiently with AI systems and AI agents and understand the specifics and capabilities of AI technologies
- Experience in telecom, eSIM, IoT or connectivity industry is a strong plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
