HiBob, a global HR technology company providing its HRIS platform to more than 3,500 businesses, is looking for a People and Culture Partner to support its technology teams and drive key people initiatives in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

What you’ll do:

— Partner with R&D, Engineering, Product, and other technology leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and team effectiveness
— Coach managers on performance management, employee development, feedback, and sensitive conversations
— Lead performance reviews, talent discussions, career development, succession planning, and internal mobility initiatives
— Support organizational change, including new ways of working and AI adoption
— Drive employee engagement, inclusion, retention, and overall employee experience
— Use people analytics to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations
— Manage complex employee relations matters
— Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, People Operations, and L&D teams
— Use HiBob’s own HRIS platform and provide feedback to improve the product

What they’re looking for:

— 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner experience supporting technology teams
— Experience in a global technology company, ideally within SaaS
— Strong stakeholder management and leadership coaching skills
— Hands-on experience in organizational development, performance management, talent development, employee relations, and change management
— Ability to use people data to support business decisions
— Experience facilitating workshops and team development sessions
— Interest in AI and its applications in HR
— Familiarity with Israeli employment practices
— Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English
